• We will get the process rolling immediately.
• Please be aware that all returns will be accessed a 15% restocking fee and return shipping is nonrefundable.

*Sexual Wellness, Swimsuits, Free and Grocery items are nonrefundable.

*Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases are not returnable. 

Refunds will be processed once items are received and inspected. All tags must be in tact and items cannot show any signs of being used.

Most refunds will be issued within 3 weeks from the date that we receive the item.
